Ordering
You may purchase our items via Pay Pal or by using your
credit or debit card, or by electronic check (e-check).
Pay Pal provides a secure
online venue
and accepts all credit and debit cards . If you purchase
via e-Check your order will not be placed in our queue
until your payment has cleared (5-10 business days).
Combination orders of Custom &
In Stock items
If you order a combination of In Stock and custom made
items, your order will not be shipped until your
custom order is completed. If you need your In Stock
items before your custom order is available to be
shipped, please order them separately.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (3-4
business days in transit), or Fed Ex (3-5
business days in transit) depending upon your
location. These transit times are added to the
turnaround time required to complete your order.
We will email you a shipping confirmation and tracking
number when your order is finished.
Returns
If for some reason you are unhappy with your In
Stock purchase, we will be happy to refund your
money, minus all shipping charges, provided the
items are in original, unused condition. Items
must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Please contact us prior to making a return.
Due the fact that Piggy Products are made for direct
contact with pet urine and feces, we are unable to
give refunds on any item that has been used
by your pet.
If your purchase was custom made, it may be
returned in its original, unused condition within 14
days of purchase for a refund, minus shipping
charges. All custom made items that are
returned are subject to a 20% re-selling fee.
All refunds will be made via Pay Pal using the same
form of payment as the original payment. If
you paid with a credit card, your refund will go
back onto the card you used to make payment.
No exceptions.
Saftey
Piggy BedSpreads, LLC uses the highest quality
materials and techniques for making safe and healthy
bedding and accessories for your pets however, Piggy
BedSpreads, LLC cannot be responsible for the safety
of your pets. Please examine your items after
every wash and dry cycle to check the integrity of the
seams. If your item is damaged by your pet or by
normal wear and tear, please remove it from your pet's
habitat and consider purchasing a fresh, new item
